3. Order Processing and Shipping

At Merovelle, we offer free shipping on orders.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days.

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days.

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the delivery location or unexpected shipping delays.

4. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Merovelle as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may not be accepted once an order has been processed or dispatched.

5. Returns and Refunds

Merovelle offers eligible returns and refunds within 14 business days, subject to our return policy and eligibility requirements.

Approved refunds are processed within 3 days. Since we currently accept Cash on Delivery only, please contact our support team for instructions on how an approved refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for paying the order total when the package is delivered. Please make sure you are available to receive your order and complete the payment.
